Our Commitment

Swaraj FinPro Private Limited (ARN-91802), AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, is committed to fair, timely, and transparent resolution of all investor complaints in line with SEBI and AMFI guidelines.

We treat every complaint seriously and strive to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Timelines

  • Acknowledgment: Within 2 working days of receipt
  • Resolution: Within 7 working days of receipt

If coordination with AMC or RTA is required, we will keep you updated on the progress.

All complaints are recorded in our Complaint Register and tracked until closure. The register is reviewed periodically by the Director.
